$150 per 25-minute telephone check-in
*Please note, for liability reasons, phone check-ins can only be conducted when you are in the state of Massachusetts.
Insurance
I do not currently accept insurance. I am able to provide a billing statement with a record of payment and the appropriate CPT code. You may submit this independently to your insurance carrier. Please note that out-of-network coverage rates vary widely across insurance plans.
